LightWild's Solid State Lighting Products Used at New Four Star Hotel and Civic Square in Abu Dhabi, UAE

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — LightWild's solid state lighting fixtures have been installed at Yas Island Rotana Hotel, a new four-star, 308-room luxury hotel and at Civic Square in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates.
The eye-catching installation across the façade of the hotel includes 735 LightWild warm white linear fixtures at various lengths that are controlled via a DMX network designed in part by LightWild's engineering team. The fixtures are synchronized to deliver various dimming and animated effects across the hotel's façade. Also on Yas Island, nearly 140 in-grade rectangular warm white LightWild Tiles are used in the landscaping of the Civic Square.
The hotel opened October 25, 2009.
