April 13, 2010
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. LightWild today announced it has completed the solid state lighting project in Cosmic Ray's Café, the newest permanent exhibit gallery at Adventure Science Center in Nashville.
The center's 15,000-square-foot "Wonders of the World Gallery" opened to the public in November 2009. Located within the gallery is the newly opened Cosmic Ray's Café, an interactive multiplayer space adventure exhibit where visitors explore the universe.
The Cosmic Ray's project uses 32 12-inch (300 mm) LightWild Project Linears and 36 6-inch (150 mm) LightWild Project Linears with blue LEDs to wash a 45-foot blue resin art panel ellipse wall and a large panel wall in the exhibit.
